Mr. Charles Bowe
Principal, Honors Mathematics, Algebra 1, Electives
Mr. Bowe has been the Principal of Nature Coast Middle School since July 2012. He brings over 20 years of administrative experience, along with a background in homeschooling and private school leadership. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Ministry from Olivet Nazarene University with a Minor in Greek and a Florida Professional Educatorβs Certificate in Middle School Mathematics. He teaches 7th Grade Honors Mathematics and Algebra 1, focusing on involving students in the learning process and valuing the journey of discovery.
Mrs. Lori Howard
Office Manager, Data Clerk
Mrs. Howard has been with NCMS since its founding in 2006. She is the first point of contact for parents and students and plays a vital role in managing school operations and data.

Mrs. Allison Hord
ESE Coordinator, English Language Arts, Electives
With over 26 years in education, Mrs. Hord holds degrees from Stetson University and the University of Florida. She is a founder of NCMS and continues to bring expertise in classroom teaching and educational leadership.
Mrs. Camille Caudill
Mathematics, Electives
An educator for over 30 years, Mrs. Caudill holds a degree from Belmont University and has been with NCMS since 2006. She now teaches Grades 6β8 Mathematics.
Mrs. Candace Rice
Social Studies, Electives
With 20+ years of experience and a degree from the University of North Florida, Mrs. Rice has taught at NCMS since 2009. She covers World History, US History, and Civics.
Mr. Robert Donet
Academic Dean, Science, Electives
Mr. Donet, a former employee of the Florida DOT, teaches Grades 6β8 Science and serves as Dean of Students. He holds a degree from St. Leo University and is a certified educator.
Mrs. Tiffany Monday
Learning Lab, MTSS, Electives
Holding degrees from UCF and Endicott University, Mrs. Monday brings a Montessori-informed approach to NCMS. She has served as the Learning Lab teacher since 2017.

Ms. Heather Thompson
Mathematics, Electives
Ms. Thompson began as a volunteer and became a full-time paraprofessional in 2018. She currently supports the Mathematics classes.
Mrs. Linda Rainford
Social Studies, Electives
With over a decade at NCMS, Mrs. Rainford now works as a paraprofessional in Social Studies classes.
Ms. Debra Good
Science, Electives
Ms. Good became a full-time paraprofessional in 2022 and currently supports the Science program.
Mrs. Kara Lamb
English Language Arts, Electives
Mrs. Lamb joined NCMS in 2024 and serves as a paraprofessional in the English Language Arts department.
Mrs. Dominique Stone
Learning Lab, Electives, Lunchroom Supervisor
Mrs. Stone has been a paraprofessional since 2023, supporting the Learning Lab and managing the lunchroom.
